I just got a new 645 80/2.0 for my N system

I haven't really test it yet. However, the built quality is awesome! Auto focus is pretty good. I'm looking for the hood. Anybody have one?

Need Help! Does anybody know if I can use GB-75 on 80/2.0 when mounted on N1? As you know, GB-75 is for 70-300mm which means GB-75 is designed for 70mm. If my thinking is right, it should be fine :?:

There are many factors limiting the hood length without vignetting, not just the focal length. F-stop is also one of the factors. GB-75 is much longer than GB-72 and there is a high chance that it will cause vignetting for P80/2 on 645. But on N1, I think we can only be sure after a field test.

GB-75 does fit on P80/2. I do not notice vignetting, but maybe it is there just that I don't notice. No way to find out until we test, as iamderek says.

Confirmed! I don't find any vignetting on the picture. It's OK to use GB-75 on the 80/2.0 when mounted on N1. On the top of it, I want to share with your guys. Man! Go get the 645 lens. You won't regret! Stunning
