小弟發覺支G90對焦有時唔清,差不多十張有三,四張...實在令人氣餒
(我已反覆測試了十數次,開始懷疑是不是自己手震...)

Be sure where is the real location of the AF sensor.......

And be caution when you have re-framing after AF lock pre-focus, as the movement by the re-framing may already exceed the DOF, especially for f/2.8 with min. focus distance (~1m)

Always beware of the focus distance index, sometimes mis-focus will be indicated as unreasonable focus distance.......

你用g1 or g2, 如用g1 問題係大的, 我都用過真係用唔到極易out focus, 可能我功力差不能好好使用, g2 應會好d

I am using g2 for over 5 years, the 28mm is excellent, but I seldom use the 90mm :_(... 'cos I have no confidence to shoot it in focus.

I've been using G2 with the 90 for years and I have never encounter much problem with the focusing even when handheld at 2.8

IMHO the problem usually arise in no understanding enough of the control of DOF against focus plane. IF you must use the 90 at wide open and handheld. You must be very precise in you taking the focus lock and re-frame by actually moving; not panning or shifting just your hand/elbow. The other thing to note is despite being non-SLR, the G2 with the 90 ; when shooting; is easily prone to camerashake due to the length and how you grip the camera/lens. Make sure you brace it well. USe a tripod for some test shoot

Finally the 90 is not exactlly known for sharpness at 2.8, shoot at 4.0 instead, it still retain much control of DOF and improve on sharpness a lot ( 5.6 or 8.0 even better but that will give too much DOF in some case )
