I have always heard such comments from other people in similar forums :-

"Now you laugh at my simplistic camera with no gadgets, but when you travel to extreme weather conditions such as Tibet, etc you will know how relaible my camera is. Yours will just frozen and the battery won't work while mine can take pictures so long as I have my film rolls with me."

How do you see this comment, i.e. choosing 205FCC as opposed to 503cw ?

Also, I heard (no justification) though Hasselblad has a very good second hand value when compared with other brands, the "2" series does yield a much lower resale value when compared with the "5" series. Is that valid ?

It's quite quiet here for a long time. Just bought a 2000FC, already converted to 2000FCM, curtain retracted and a 2000FCW, both with good curtians. Got 50F2.8, 80/F2.8, 110/F2, 150/F2.8, all F lens. Thinking about getting a 205FCC ot 205TCC. But still wondering whether it's worth spending HK30000 on film body just to get better metering.

I suppose everyone wants to own the top model of a series. I thought about 203FEand saw a good one in the market but the seller sold it to another guy. The gap of 205 and 203 in the second market is getting narrower, why not get a 205 instead. I found a 205FCC with 110F2 FE and 3 E12 selling for US5000, I was going to get it, The seller told me it was sold at US4000, what a shame. The items werein California. It's too good to be true anyway. I think I'll keep using my 2000 bodies till price drops.

Jason, you probably do not believe. I spent less than HK30000 for my 2 bodies and 4 lenses collection. They are all in excellent to mint condition.
