brand new: selling just under $1800 in TST.
ebay: varies from 800~1200 or more.

Neither.

B60 or B50 are size of the front lens mount (say for putting filter and hood);
extension tube uses the rear mount only (connecting the body to a lens).

Be it an extension tube, C lens, CF lens, CFE lens.... the rear mount are the same.
