Just visited Osaka and this was what happened:

March 26 - Yodobashi Camera - JPY 31980 + 10% rebate, excellent price, didn't buy as I needed to rush for dinner appointment.

March 27 - Bic Camera - JPY 33100 + 10% rebate, same price in Internet, didn't buy as I wanted to go to Yodobashi for the better deal above.

March 28 - Yodobashi Camera - JPY 37800 + 10% rebate, could not believe the price and didn't buy. Price stayed at this level for the rest of my trip.

So I left Japan without buying it. Just checked Internet today and the price now is JPY 39800 at both Bic and Yodobashi.

What's going on???
