Don't know, but so far, since S5 PRO, the Super-CCD seems to be pretty much dead in the track. The EXR is more a design for small DC sized sensor. The SR concept sees no further development ( or if they do, they are not good enough to made it to a product I guess ).
The saying is on the wall, the next breakthrough everyone looking for is multiple layer non bayer filtered sensor design much like foveon X3F without all of its shortcoming, but it might be another decade or even 2.
For the time being, S6 PRO, well might be more like a Fujifilm Mirrorless with an updated Super-CCD ( CMOS ) or simply adopting Sony's sensor. Not excluding that Fujifilm was and still is part of 4/3 consortium. So M4/3 still a possibility.
And since the day the D3X come along ( price not withstanding ) I do not think the S3/S5 really much stand it anymore
