My experience of using OM e-300 is so far good.
I use it mainly to relate with my C/Y lenses. It still retains much of the zeiss taste. Planar reflects taste, Vario-sonnar for its sharpness and high resolution. But then the adaptor is expensive and must be from Japan.
The camera body itself is light and economical. Its battery is excellent for being able to shoot for a whole day. Even when it is set to neutral in terms of saturation, contrast and white balance, it is already well-balanced and photoshop seems not required in the scenario. Pictures are more dimensional.
When you set ISO to over 800 or above, noises come through and is not recommended. Otherwise, any slow speed pictures are alright. Its crop factor is 2.0 and is good news for the tele part.
