I am appreciated if anyone can tell that the aperture will be decrease how many stops if i using the ELEFOTO adapter for the C/Y to EOS BODY.
I found that there will be very seoius black corner appear in the EOS5 view finder. It also appear in Eos 1, but not so serious as EOS5. That situation will be found seroiusly when i using the Tessar 45 100yrs. lens.

點可能會有呀,ELEFOTO adapter不是近攝環,不會損失光圈.你試下在無限遠時焦點是否合焦.

買果時老細教落...
睇就用大光圏睇...影就用返正常光圈影
原因........唔記得左

用了adaptor ring 之後就不能自動收光圈，當你將光圈逐級收細, 個viewfinder就會愈暗... 所以我想你所講的黑角的情況會不會是指這個問題.


另外，在elefoto 的說明書內沒有講話要加減曝光，只係叫你將部EOS機嘅測光模式調至av mode。 但以我經驗，用CY to EOS adaptor 或 M42大約有1/4機會令EOS機身的測光不準確

I am using the AV mode. I also set the lens to full aperture first when focsuing. I means that there have serious black corner appear in the view finder even that the lens already set the full aperture!
I dont't know the photo will also like that or not.

The important thing to get to is if the exposed frame ( on film ) show any vignetting. If not, then its just a matter of the Vieew finder optics, nothing to do about lens or exposure.

Your Viewfinder is not your film. Take some pics and lets see how it work out ....

It's strange...
I have tried the elefoto adaptor ring on my EOS 5, 3, and 20D without problems in viewing...
Agree with FR that you may try to take some picture to check whether there is any abnormality in image
