Yeah, the trip truly put "中國真的變得很快" into perspective because it's the only place in China that I've visited twice (OK, excluding transits in HK old/new airports). I also didn't get to visit the du lou, but I was brought to visit Gu Tian and ate dinner in the specific village home that chairman Hu had CNY eve dinner. The food there was awesome, so were all the traditional Long Yan dishes.
16 years ago every corner I turned I saw coal bricks (material for fire)... this time I didn't come across any in the Long Yan town or along the way from Xia Men to Long Yan. During the weekend that I was there, maybe I was lucky, the air quality seems fine.
The pic's above were taken with G2 and Fuji films (either Reala or Superia400). Lens 21mm, except last two photos taken with 35mm. My local photo development + scan shop nearby my house is quite inconsistent lately. Sigh...
The scanning is not bad but a bit Digital Tone.......
BTW, is the shop in Hong Kong?
