RHP (Slide) vs Natura (Negative)

Back to the topic, my experience is the same. RHP can be pushed to 1600 with good result. Also, I think RDP3 can be pushed to 400 with same, if not better, result as RHP. Normally I use RDP3 for 100 to 400 and RHP for 800 to 1600.

Is there any noticeable difference in grain size?

I'm afraid you've misunderstood my question - What I mean is whether there's a noticeable difference in graininess after pushing RHP to ISO 800/1600 as compared to the unpushed ones.

I totally understand that negative films and slides are incomparable.

Anyway, thanks for your opinions re RHP & Natura

RHP@1600 is definitely grainier than RHP@400 and the difference is noticeable especially under film scanning. But it is still acceptable considering that it is at ISO 1600. In my opinion, DSLR will definitely beat film down at ISO 1600. One more thing worth noting is that pushing RHP will increase the contrast.
