Dear Friends,

我記得以前 ar Sir 教.....
At the End 要曬相就用負片影相,
唔洗曬相, 用幻燈片就用幻燈機睇,
唔好用幻燈片曬相, 唔靚 !!!!

但有位"大C" 話我係傻仔... 唔識唔好扮識......
唔同層次就唔好出聲...... 幻燈片曬相靚多多.....

乜用幻燈片曬大相 (20x30) 會比用負片好? :roll:

What kind of "大C" he is ar?? Theorically, he is right. However, in the real world, he is wrong. Now a days, the top end neg film can provide very fine gain, very good contrast. Also from the cost point of view, a 20x30 print out from Slide to photo is almost a double to neg film. I would say, if you find a good master on helping you to print out the photo, the enlargement print should not be so different in between using Neg film or Pos. film for photo enlargement.

Some people even said the quality of Digital photos much better than film's. And also, Japanese lenses much better than germany's. Every people have different point of view.

比較於直接晒負片,
邊樣效果會好d?

質素？邊方面既質素先？好多數碼相都勁ＦＬＡＴ，出到光就出唔到暗喎
同埋色既野，有Ｄ係數碼野唔係咁易做到既
仲要，如果只計最終殘存數量既，數碼機可以好易去贏
（打個唔太岩既比喻，你比足夠既架生我，我同你打千幾二千張
要搵十零廿張似樣既靚既有幾難者？ＭＥＭＯＲＹ又唔駛錢既，換彈夾頻率又低，錯左仲可以即時知咩錯即改）

From my experience, I never get a good quality slide print out from any pro lab comparing with negative. If I really want to print slide, I perfer scan it and print it by ink jet.

我未試過影左slide去曬!

比我就搵間 OutPut 同我 Scan 夠 8R size/300dpi 先出相! :wink:

Albert, as you can see my 10x10 enlargement photo, the neg film can provide excellent shadow detail too!! To me, really make no different but the enlargment price of Pos. film is extremely expensive is compare...

I have to say that I have experienced "direct print", "radiance select" and "Cibachrome".... Cibachrome is the best among three while direct print is the worst in terms of re-producing the original silde quality.....

Too bad the even Color Six does not have radiance select now.... and Cibachrome is not available in any lab in HK now....

I always say unless we can do a side-by-side test on slide and negative, otherwise we may probably not be able to see the difference....
