昨飲左2枝酒:
1. Chateau Leoville Barton 1999 - 枝酒紫紅色, midium to full body, noisng一開好利賓立, 跟住d有vanilla, 紫蘿蘭 同蕉糖, decent 左2個鐘更開放, 不過after taste短左小小.....

anyway, 枝酒令我對St.Julien o既酒完全改觀 (ie, 一向唔鐘意St.Julien o既酒, 之前試過la grange 01同 talbot 93都係好一般...)佢令我好想試las cases!

2. Chateau haut brion 1992 - 1992年o既haut brion係一個唔好o既年份, 但係佢係5大, 始終對佢有d期望. 枝酒完全變晒磚牆, noising tobacco + some fruit + chewy, tasting - elegant! 好soft o既 tannin, 好"quiet". 如果神水上腦我會話d好似d寺院但係d冇晒d人, 得個殼

總結 -
- 好期待飲一枝好o既St.Julien酒 (有冇大大有las cases 可以圍呀? )
- 5大唔係一齊(雖然人人都係咁講, 但係自己體驗過引d... ), 有時買好年份o既super second會正過唔好年份o既5大好多..

今晚又飲~

先來平野 - Chateau Le Linguier Yr 2002
Fruit但係冇乜after taste同tannic, 當係table wine就冇得頂!!!最好就係佢好平 ($6x )

再來澳洲野 - monty's hill shiraz cabernet sauvignon yr 2004
返而ok wor, noising有d vanille taste, 但飲落似shiraz o既甜甜地, after taste都有d, 以唔使$100真係底到爆!!!!

最後更係好野 - ch lynch bages yr2003
都係好新, nosing好正 (dark fruit), easy drink, 但係tannic唔夠, after taste係今晚3枝最好o既....但係對比last night飲o既酒真係有d距離 (飲leoville barton 1999 同 haut brion 1992), 終於明白d高手話lynch bages俾人炒貴晒o既道理...

今晚飲 chateau Duhart-Milon 2003

深ruby紅色, full-body
nosing: 咖啡 + violet + toasted oak.
plating:有點cherry, long finish 同有d sweet

anyway, 底飲過2003 ch lynch bages好多.....

So happy with all those nice wine!!!

I just opened a bottle of my Late Harvest, but the cork was molded.

No waited to open my newly bought old Reserve PORT (Quinia De La Rosa) RP was 92 for it, but it already went over it prime time at 2005.

因為想嘗試過咗 prime time 的酒.

一開樽, 好香的黑加輪子同少少smoked oak!!!

Very nice Dark Ruby color!

不過,好快就冇, 可能係我隻柸的問題, 用的係Riedel 4400/00 for Bordeaux.

Tasting:
簡單的講: Very fruity.
好有層次的表現出,黑加輪子的味道,草莓,和一度好古舊的smoked oak.

但始終係過去式的酒,有一種強弓之末的感覺.

不過都好值得一試. RP92, best for 95-05!!!

RP 的 tasting notes:

Yes, it is very nice, beside, I do like wine that is more on fruity side and sweet.

So ICE wine is my all time favorite!

It seems pretty good, as it has won two Gold medal and two awards in year 2002, 2003 and 2004.

How much is it? Because I found the TBA is kind of high on price.
But also with a wide range, from $330CAD to $35CAD. So I just got the one with more awards.
