No idea what so ever, but Zeiss had a long tradition of telling thing in too technical a way or simply say it in words so complex that even a simple thing can turn into an enigma ...
But there is very little doubt that there's a new Zeiss Ikon product, and a camera ( perhaps even a system ). The question remain is where do the brand name goes. It would seems unlikely thta Zeiss would again go into manufacturing. So do Kyocera come in, after all they had the Contax name on the market for 35mm, and its natural to have Zeiss Ikon also. Or it could be a totally new partner. Its also unclear whether this is a Digital Product or as Zeiss put it " something new in Medium format" or ( my guess ) multiple product in a enforced effort to launch and shock the market.
As far as I can understand, the wording simply meean the turning the f/stop won't make it easily possible to disturb the focus ( as in many Manual focus lens )
