I doubt one need to be so hardheaded about the lineage. Since the days Zeiss Ikon Close its door ( I mean that in the mid 60's ) , none of the new lens can really be termed genuine fully Zeiss as they are all collaboration of one sort or another. If you guys had no quim about using the ZM / ZF / ZS range of lens, then the same logic apply to the ZA range .... :roll:

I am not sure...but I guess Sony can do that.....since you know..the licence that zeiss granted to Sony....should be included DC and DSLR...ie..Sony can do the same on DSLR lens like DC lens......Do you think CZ design the sony DC lens?

If he's talking about the STF 135/2.8 T4.5, then yes, I got to agree with that. It's not a lens for every need, but its a marvellous lens to have.

Personally I prefer that more than the 1.8 although in reality its sharpness is lesser than the Zeiss, but its delivering more on Color and tonality.

minolta光圈細D,D相唔太sharp,有minolta一向柔潤feel.散景係我like style
Sony 支一句講side,太sharp,係Nikon 同Zeiss 混合....
主角look like Nikon lens,super sharp. 散景zeiss .
