one year ago i heard that a whole "perfect" set costed around 12k
(of course i don't mean the orginal box and certificate were available)
for a "beat" but "usable" one...2k-3k may even do...ha

just curious what is the "normal" price of a SWC with C35/4,5 non-T? (ie the predecessor of SWC/M)
can you just quote from any sources for a reference??

not possible for 2.8F selling in 2-3K ar!!! are you talking about some thing like 2.8E, or even 3.5Tessar??

I saw some selling in Tin Cheung before and asking for 16-18K...(hee, half price of 905SWC). Actually, this version of SWC is excellent & just like apple & orange incompare with 903SWC!

but it is overpriced a little bit?
a SWC/M with CF 38/4.5 T may cost some 16-20k on occassions,
although i understand buying things online should pay a higher risk premium and that, you said, each version stands in its own right.

concerning the 2.8F, i am sorry i can't confirm whether it's really a 2.8F as i don't recite their serial numbers. But my reasonable guess it that it would be at least a 2.8E or something close to 2.8F (with many scratches on the lens, peeling...etc etc)
i wonder why the appeal of 2.8F in terms of photographic performance?
of course, for sentimental and historical reasons, the present market price may rightly justify its status.
